“HAPPY FEBRUARY EVERYONE …..It means Love ❤️ Is in the Air …..✈️ Valentine’s Day is not just for Love Struck couples, it’s for everyone , Lord only knows we can use a little more ❤️In this World…everyday of the year.
 
I hope everyone has had the time to enjoy some sunshine and warmth a little South of Winnipeg.  If not ….Spring is almost here 💐🌴
 
I have been lucky to be sailing thru the Arabian Sea for the last few weeks, and experiencing the opulence and jaw dropping Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Muscat. Thank you to Lorne  Perrin and Annie Henry and all the executive committee for holding the Fort, while I am away. I appreciate it.

Our club is busy with upcoming plans for 60th Anniversary, we are fortunate to have some exciting guests attending this special celebration, on March 4th if you haven’t done so, plan to RSVP and support and honour your club. 

We are happy to welcome Joel Beaudry and Max Johnson our newest members this month.

NASC 2024 in Winnipeg ….planning is in full motion, under the direction of Lillian Tankard, with  a delegation planned  to promote at  this May’s NASC in Mexico City.

That Travel Guy - Last Travel Feature

Ron Pradinuk (former club member) is a dedicated traveler, having explored 65 countries around the world as well as all but one province in Canada (Newfoundland).

A writer and a podcaster, Ron’s travel column appears in the Winnipeg Free Press every Saturday in the Destinations and Diversions section.

After 16 years of writing articles for the Travel Section of the Saturday edition of the Winnipeg Free Press the end will be with his last article on Saturday, February 4, 2023..  Ron goes by THAT TRAVEL GUY and has had an interesting run.

Travel Manitoba & Tourism Winnipeg are proud to host the 2023 Winter Cities.
The Conference will bring together urban planners and designers, entrepreneurs and businesspeople, artists, cultural and community organizers, and people who live in winter cities and want to take advantage of all winter has to offer.
