Hello fellow Skalleagues,
As 2021 comes to a close and we prepare to start a new year, I just want to take this time to extend my gratitude and deep admiration to all for your support, your perseverance, your creativity and your resilience over the last two years.

Our industry is important on so many levels. We provide places for people to gather, work, explore, play and reconnect. We provide opportunities for people to build careers. We make our communities strong.

Keep up the great work!

Ida Albo is a Canadian businesswoman and the owner and managing partner of the Fort Garry Hotel in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Albo has served as co-president of the CentreVenture Development Corporation. She is on the board of directors of the University of Winnipeg Foundation, and was BA, Class of '81

The Passing of the Chain-of-Office!

As Laurie Barkman completes her 2-year term as Club President, the Skal Chain-of-Office was officially passed over to Tammy MacIntosh, Incoming President!

We thank Laurie for her term, which involved the world pandemic and welcome Tammy to the podium!
